Top 5 Social Apps Performance in Latvia Q4 2024

In the fourth quarter of 2024, Latvia's social app landscape saw varied performance across the top five applications, according to data from Sensor Tower.

TikTok - Videos, Shop & LIVE demonstrated a consistent increase in weekly revenue, with figures rising from approximately $36.9K at the start of October to a peak of $44.7K by late November. Weekly downloads showed a significant upswing towards the end of December, reaching around 7.4K.

Threads maintained a steady download rate throughout the quarter, with numbers fluctuating between 4.3K and 5.6K. Despite the lack of revenue generation, the app continued to attract new users steadily.

Facebook saw modest revenue changes, starting the quarter at $547 and experiencing slight variations, peaking at $760 in early November. Downloads also showed a gradual increase, concluding the year with approximately 2.6K weekly downloads.

Instagram experienced fluctuations in weekly revenue, starting at around $2.8K, peaking at $3.6K mid-November, and ending the quarter with approximately $2K. Downloads saw a notable peak at the end of December, reaching about 2.9K.

Bluesky, despite having no revenue, experienced sporadic download spikes, notably in mid-November with over 4.4K downloads, before stabilizing towards the end of the quarter.
